In a recent conversation with a fellow Realtor, she was talking about her "Exit Strategy".... and I realized that I don't have one of those.
I have always felt that being a Realtor®, was somewhat akin to playing tennis. It's one of those things you can do as long as your health holds up, right up to the end. And that's the current "exit strategy" I have.
I've always planned on helping people buy and sell residential real estate as long as it's still fun, still financially viable and as long as my health allows.
"Retirement", just doesn't hold any appeal for me. I have no interest in sitting watching more television, playing golf every day, or even travel (which I love) I can only take so much.
I plan to work until the very last day possible. Do you have an exit strategy?
