I have an issue with properties addressed with a 0.  We get that in our market a lot, and they just don't map out correctly.  Here we can call up the county and arrange for an address to be assigned.  They used to do it for vacant land but now they are making it more difficult.  It's really about making it easier for the first responders to find the property in an emergency.  You should see if your county can help you out there.
