You will find their pairings incomparable...their wine "not the usual"....and their humor...delightful !
This month there are some new twists on tasty courses....for your palate pleasing enjoyment...here are the pairings for September.
Mmmm...the first course pairs sweet and sour pork with an array of 
vegetables with Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc. This vineyard blends a unique variety of fruit flavors in this offering including pineapple, peach and passion fruit. One sip and your palate will beg for more. A great
compliment to the flavorful meat and "spiced right" vegetables. As with every at Wine Maniacs...it is as eye plea
sing as it is appetite satisfying. The eye not only buys... mmm it tastes ... Drink/eat in these entrees !
The second course capitalizes on the farm to table theme with freshly grown vegetables from the zest of the tomato to the tinge of garlic complimented by a variety of textures...you will enjoy this combination 
paired with Cascadia Cabernet Sauvignon....one of David's favorites with many courses.
This third course borrowed from our southern neighbors is chicken with waffles flavor enhanced with locally produced honey. The L
e Mani della Famiglia is the perfect choice to compliment this course.
