Palos Verdes real estate single family home sales in the first 25 days of  August 2019 are 58 homes which is a decrease from the 65 Palos Verdes homes sold in the first 25 days of July and an increase from the first 25 days of August 2018 (56).  (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow).  The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from August 1st to August 25th is $1,819,222 which is a decrease from last month’s average of $1,946,189 for this same time period and an increase from $1,756,996 last August.

Between August 1 to August 25, 2019, the highest priced Palos Verdes homes (there were two) sold for $6,600,000.  One was located in Monte Malaga neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates and has 5 bedrooms, 6 baths and 5,653 square feet on a 15,877 square foot lot.  This beautiful Mediterranean custom built home features fabulous ocean/city/Queen’s necklace views, a large gourmet kitchen w/two center islands, luxurious master suite w/separate steam room, wine cellar, elevator, and pool.  The second home was located in the City of Rolling Hills and has 6 bedrooms, 9 baths, and 9,000 square feet on a 9 acre lot.  This modern masterpiece features vibrant city/mountain views, sumptious master suite, media room, gym, library, wine cellar, 6-car garage,  vast landscaped gardens, huge pool, and spa.  The lowest priced Palos Verdes homes sold between August 1 and August 25th for $1,000,000 and is located in the Silver Spur neighborhood of Rancho Palos Verdes and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,914 square feet on a 11,567 square foot lot.
