You have made such a difference in our life. When my real estate agent gave me your name and told me you can help me, I thought I would waste my time again. I talked to 3 different banks and two mortgage companies. Nobody had an answer for us.
Each time they wanted my tax returns and I explained each time, my returns don’t show much. Being a carpenter I can write off much to keep my taxes low, but each time I explain that we have 3 properties and I have a small mortgage on one and nothing on the others.
