Thanks for the graphs. I would like to see a couple a little closer but interest rates bottoming and rents sky-high seem like an odd couple.  What's your translation?

Rents in most metro areas continue up because most metro areas do not want higher density housing, which is the only way increase supply of affordable rental units :)
