New Home Building Contractors License by Robert Swetz

I am working on new plans for my employment and my future in the next 2-3 years. Because I am getting closer to retirement age I have decided to apply and obtain a Contractors License in the State of Alaska and start building new homes.

In the next 2-3 years I will no longer be working as a glazier (glass installer) in the Lower 48. And I may also stop selling real estate in the state of Nevada and let my license go back to the RE Division.

When I first start building new homes in Alaska I really don't think they will be as large as the ones in the photos I have on my post. I will start with smaller homes and hopefully work my way up to building large beautiful homes like the ones presented here.

I already have a business partner from one of my other companies that will be helping me build homes in Alaska. And I also have a wonderful friend that's a broker in Homer AK that will be selling my new homes for me and I do believe you know who this is ;o)
