Both the desktop and mobile versions of the RealBird single property websites are now supporting the amazing PureChat chat application.
It's a one time setup task and it takes only a few minutes to complete and all your current and future property websites will have the chat widgets enabled automatically. Here are the steps to set up PureChat with RealBird:
- Sign up with RealBird. It's only $15 per month for unlimited listings marketing and syndication (or log in if you are a member already)
- Sign up with PureChat and get your embed code. Download their app as well to your mobile device.
- Log back into RealBird and paste the code on the Global Chat Settings page
- If you have existing listings in RealBird, make sure you save this using the button labeled "Save chat settings AND apply to all existing listings"
That's it. All of your existing and new for-sale and rental listings now have an additional communication channel and you'll be able to engage with your visitors from your mobile device, instantly.
