Aww, thank you so much, Sheila Anderson! I remember complaining to my grandma that I wanted to change the way someone was feeling. She would always say, "We all own our OWN feelings - no one or no thing will ever change them but, us and our beliefs from within." 

I still, to this day, think of her message when someone talks about how someone else made them feel.

Happy Monday! Happiness is an inside job. Although I do say others make me happy, it's not just habit-forming or words I use carelessly. When something harmonizes within me, it does make me happy. I hope that makes sense. 

If I'm not happy, or others do things that don't make me happy, how I feel is written all over my face. I try my best to be mindful of my own feelings.
