Fort Mill real estate report/housing market snapshot for August 2019. The Fort Mill  housing market (29715 and 29708 zip codes) remained a seller market in August 2019, characterized by decreasing inventory, fewer new listings, and lower months supply of housing compared with August 2018. Pending sales were up in Fort Mill (+16.5%) in August compared with the same month one year ago. Closed sales also decreased 6.9% in Fort Mill compared with the same month one year ago, no doubt due to lack of inventory and new listings. New listings were down  in Fort Mill (-10.1%). On average, homes are selling in under 60 days; median days on market are 29. Sellers received 97.5% of list price, showing minimal negotiating room for Fort Mill homes.

I noticed the "Did you know" line stating Fort Mill is the #6 but I don't think you can go wrong in any of the suburbs that you sell. Why? You will not steer your clients wrong.
