Unbranded virtual tours sharable on Garden State MLS of NJ
The Garden State MLS of NJ has very strict rules for adding virtual tours to your MLS listings for IDX distribution. We created a special version of the RealBird tours, which is now officially supported by this NJ MLS board. No extra fee for you, it's part of the RealBird service #whypaysomuch
Boosted listing syndication for New Jersey properties
We are working closely with partner sites - where listings on RealBird are distributed to - including sponsoring our feed (and your listings therefore) to get priority treatment and highlighted showing on those sites. There is a huge value in listing syndication beyond Zillow and Trulia: Some of our current partner sites have over 6 million unique visitors every month in the USA and Canada and we not only send your listings from RealBird to them, but we also sponsoring your listings for additional exposure. We run multiple campaigns: some ongoing ones for all for-sale and rental properties on RealBird and seasonal campaigns, for special set of properties marketed through RealBird. This month, we are adding an extra boost to listings in New Jersey. This has no additional cost to you, we pick up the bill :)
