Hi there Nina, looks like a festive Fall in the Charlotte area, especially for beer drinkers. I have just enough Irish blood to be intrigued by the Irish Festival - although, not to drink beer. I too am still giggling about Barbara's comment.

Then he calls and offers me the listing. I asked him why it took him so long to make up his mind and he told me that I'd set the bar so high during my presentation he felt he needed to interview other agents to see if they could get that high. He interviewed 10 more agents and then cancelled the last two appointments and called me.
