Meridian Ranch, Colorado-Real Estate Market Outlook: March 2018 to March 2019 Meridian Ranch is located Northeast of Colorado Springs, Colorado. This area features a wide range of amenities from community centers and golf courses two new shopping and restaurants.

Meridian Ranch is located in the Falcon #49 school district attendance area. This is a rapidly growing school district with a wide range of programs and educational opportunities for students.

There are a lot of great neighborhoods around Meridian Ranch. If you are considering a move to the area, you owe it to yourself to check out the following neighborhoods:

Falcon Highlands is a newer neighborhood located near the intersection of Woodmen Road and Meridian Road. This is a great location for people that want to be close to amenities and require quick access 2 Woodman Road, Highway 24, and Meridian Road.

Homes in the Falcon Highlands neighborhood average 4,195 square feet in size with a median sales price a $435,000.

Bent Grass is another newer neighborhood located just north of Falcon Highlands and east of Meridian Ranch. The average square footage of a home in the bed grass neighborhood is 2,125 square feet with a median sales price of $297,500.

Forest Meadows Colorado Springs is located in the northeastern edge of Colorado Springs. This is a newer neighborhood featuring homes that average 2,846 total square feet in size with a Median sales price of $326,000. This is a popular neighborhood for a number of reasons but the location is certainly near the top of the list. Forest Meadows is just minutes from the shopping and restaurants located in the busy Powers Blvd. corridor as well as the St. Francis Medical Center.

Paint Brush Hills is located just off of Meridian north of Woodmen Rd. in Peyton, Colorado. Paint Brush Hills began as a semi-custom home neighborhood with larger homes located on ½ acre plus lots. The are has continued to develop and in more recent years, the area has seen the emergence of production builders building on much smaller lots. The area is popular because it is close to schools, shopping, restaurants, and the area has some amazing views.

Stonebridge at Meridian Ranch is a community within a community. This neighborhood has its own private amenities like a private clubhouse where residents can enjoy social events as well as classes. In addition to the private Clubhouse residence of Stonebridge can you use the general amenities of the Meridian Ranch Community. This includes things like trails, open space, and the Recreation Center. Additionally, the Antler Creek Golf Course is available to Residents as well.

Woodmen Hills is a large subdivision located east a Colorado Springs. This community was really the first traditional community to venture out into the Eastern Plains of El Paso County. The original Woodmen Hills subdivision offered 1 acre lots with custom and semi-custom homes and some amazing views. The original Developers built a large community center complete with pool In order to attract residents and create a true community. As Woodmen Hills has grown the lot sizes have gotten smaller but the community amenities have increased and are still a big attraction.
