When we were visiting the Food Halls of Galeries Lafayette in mid-May of this year, we were delighted to see the magnificent chocolate selection.  La Maison du Chocolat had a chocolate maker demonstrating the making of chocolate truffles and giving out samples.

There were so many chocolate brands to explore, we did not know where to begin or what to try.  We chose a variety of chocolate bars that wer 85% of higher, and then we loaded our basket. 

 

We tried a new bar daily, some we liked and some we did not.  There were so many more try, and that is another reason to go back to Paris!
