Ron and Alexandra Seigel hi Alexandra... I only highlight the "big" festivals we have in the markets I'm particularly active selling in. But we have multiples of these festivals all around the region.

Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 hi Sheila and Larry... Indian Land Festival is the fastest growing festival in the region. It used to be one day... now it's two days gets double the attendance of just of few years ago at 20,000 people.

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® hi Sheri... our markets are very different in that regard. Indian Land has two major demographics -- families and retirees in active adult communities (many of whom moved here to be close to their kids and grands).

Roy Kelley hi Roy... thanks for stopping by... are you having a heat wave in your part of the world? I heard Charlotte area hit a 100 year or so record for heat on the last day of September.

You're very wise, Nina, to add the real estate info to your localism posts. I should follow your example.

Steven Nickens hi Steven... not much of a chance I'll be attending the Indian Land Festival this weekend... I'm on the other end of the world in St Petersburg, Russia visiting family. As for fall weather... not so much yet in Charlotte. It's been 90 degrees... we set a 100 year temperature record on the last day of September at 91 degrees. Hopefully, it will cool down by the time I return.

Nina, it must be cool weather in Russia. Have fun on the other side of the world.

Barbara Todaro hi Barbara... I'm surprised you don't have more fall festivals... certainly you have way more fall weather than in Charlotte region where it's been 90 degrees.

Sounds like a fun event with plenty to entertain all attendees. We have a fall fair here at a local church which always gets well attended.

Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 hi Nick... here in the south we have no shortage of the fall fairs in churches either. One could overdose on fall festivals and fairs.

Morning Nina.

High in the mid 80's until next week.  Temps are dropping to the mid 60's for a high.  It's going to be a cold winter,

Sharon Lee Hi Sharon... as I don't like crowds, I usually avoid things like fall festivals! But people who go always say they had a good time.
