The amount of new projects extends throughout the valley is already amazing, and there is more starting or proposed to be coming soon. While I couldn't possibly cover it all, you will get o see a variety of some of the major developments taking shape.
Of course, while it's been great for the construction industry and vendors, there's somewhat of a downside to having all this happening. It's had an effect on new home builds, and when you see all that is taking shape you'll begin to understand why.
