As a Transaction Coordinator, I’ve seen a lot of successful realtors and talented Realtors. Some were starting their career and were excited about the future; others were in this business for a while and had a higher vision for where they wanted to go. Like I learned about what their current real estate business looks like. Moreover, what they wanted it to look at what I found out was that what kept them going was their positive mindset.

Our company, Twin Cities TC, started in 2018. Our business grew quickly, and we saw some difficult times. But our clients continued to close transactions and help their clients reach their targets of selling or buying a home. Furthermore, their businesses survived, and all our clients were able to continue to do what they loved.

There were several difficult days. Lenders were closed in the middle of transactions, people owed more money than their homes were worth making sales challenges, and things got pretty tough for everyone involved. They were many people who kept a positive mindset, knew this was just a phase in the market.

I don’t believe the most successful realtor are the ones with the most amount of transactions closed or those with the highest sales. It’s the ones that are doing what they love, making a good living, and helping others. Their successes also come from having time for play and work. They do not want to do it all the work and know the value of leveraging their time. They do it with the aid of assistants, transaction coordinators, and others to help them live comfortable lives.

When all these successful realtors get started with their day and reflect on their dreams and goals, they do not focus on how far they have to go, or what the marketplace is throwing them. Successful Realtor focus on how far they’ve come and where they want to go. They believe in their dreams that they will come true, they live as if it is already happening. When things get complicated, they don’t quit; they get support from a coach, mentor, or trusted friend.

As Twin Cities TC is pretty new in business, I know that our success has been because of the positive mindset of the amazing Realtor clients we have worked with until now and the many other positive experts in the industry.
