Market is picking up in Sarasota County!

Wow, I have been so busy for the past month.  Our prices are back to 2003/4.  And, I have been making offers on well-priced properties to find I am in a multiple-offer situation.   Things are really picking up for me in Sarasota County.  However, agents here seem so unmotivated.  The MLS meeting was almost empty.  The great broker tour we had through a wonderful community with about 15 homes on the list produced only 5 agents from 9:30 to 1:00.  It seems like such a waste of time to even do a broker tour.  Come on agents let's get out and show support for each other!  The Thursday morning MLS meeting used to be standing room only.  Now, you could shoot a canon through it and not hit anyone.
