When a graphic reminds you that you need a reminder to be mindful of where your thoughts, habits and emotions are. It is so easy to get wrapped up in the wrongs, the bad, the mishaps and it is so easy to forget that there is always something to be grateful for.
When we focus on the problem(s) it is so hard to see the solution. The more we speak of the problem and/or problems the more they wear us down, the more they take on a life of their own. Feel the emotion, recognize it, but release it so that you can start to focus on all the good things that have happened and the things you have yet to see!
