How About Some YOU Time?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Twin Cities

Yes, our days are busy! We all have business/professional commitments, family time, travel, and things that leave us little time. Feeling tired, exhausted, or frustrated doesn’t help us achieve our goals and dreams, it just makes us come back. We often ignore signs that we need a break until something like a cold or flu appears, so we have to “break.” Instead of waiting until you have to, why not start planning your schedule now? Some YOU Time can lead to you being more productive, happy, and energetic.

Following are ideas that might be helpful for you:

  1. Start your day with a good book. Choose an inspiring book, a book that helps you get a positive mental attitude and spend 15-20 minutes in the morning to enjoy some YOU time.
  2. Adjust your schedule to traffic patterns. If you just leave your home to spend a lot of time in traffic, consider adjusting your schedule to a time when road traffic is running low. If you don’t have an alternative, make sure you download a CD player or smartphone with a podcast that has something inspiring or educational to make the journey more enjoyable.
  3. Take a bubble bath! This is my favorite, close the door, turn off the lights, and just soak for as long as possible. Take time to order pizza for kids and eat on paper dishes. With a little creativity, you can find a way, once a week, more or less, to relax and rest.
  4. Go to the movies. Relax, and enter the movie in two hours you really enjoy. Not only show, but take a look and enjoy every moment of the experience. No cell phones, no computers, no interruptions.
  5. Asking for help. As real estate agents, we are generally determined to do everything, after all, it is our real estate business and not everyone can do it well. Women are usually the last to ask for help. Start with something small, and choose something you can get to help, such as loading dishes, washing the car, or picking up dry cleaning. You might be hiring a virtual assistant to do research or to do marketing. Then, maybe a trusted transaction coordinator can help you with all your contracts. You don’t have to do everything, you just have to get it done.

Conclusion

One of the saying most of us know “if the mother is not happy, no one is” also applies to boys. Spread a little happiness and joy and do it by making some You time.

Twin Cities TC was formed with a simple goal in mind: we wanted to take advantage of our years of experience in administrative real estate transactions and provide services directly to Minnesota brokers and brokers that make our industry thrive. Basically, we wanted to eliminate the broker and provide local owners with a direct line with the administrative services they need to save time. Our experienced team of professional transaction coordinators is proud to offer Minnesota real estate agents a friendly, local and effective way to manage their transaction management. Paperwork is the front line of real estate transactions, and our team thrives in this role.

Twin Cities TCs try to make your job easier: We take pride in our ability to provide real estate agents with efficient and error-free documents to free up their time for more urgent tasks. Just as Dalvin Cook, the Minnesota Vikings runner, has an offensive line to create spaces and running lanes, Minnesota real estate agents can rely on Twin Cities TC to save time on their schedule.
