Some closing days are bittersweet. After 35 years, raising three kids, successfully building a business, and transforming their average split-level house into a custom one-of-a-kind dreamhome, our sellers bid farewell today. Moving on is not always easy, some closing days are bittersweet. Knowing, however, that their home is in good hands and that it will be loved by a new family is a comforting thought.
The buyers knew it was the one as soon as they stepped into the property. They weren't searching for a cookie-cutter, and this custom home certainly fit the bill. They were wow'd by its curb appeal, the open floor-plan, its flow & space, and all the high-end finishes, and couldn't wait to move in... make sure to welcome them to Spencerville and the neighborhood when you see them around Good Hope Estates! Our clients are looking forward to beginning a new chapter, making new memories, enjoying a somewhat slower pace of life, and milder winters to boot!
.... and this is what happy sellers look like after working with

Congratulations Hal & Shelly and Happy Closing Day!
