4th Quarter 2019: Make it Count! 
The last quarter of the year starts today and a perfect time to start setting up for 2020 success by ending strong these last three months. The sky is the limit with endless ideas on creating more business!
- Scope out opportunities. Look for what is needed to gain new clients by searching out what others are doing to increase their business standing. Talk to associates who may have valuable insight on career advancement.
- Reach out to past clients. Send out a holiday mailer offering something of value or simply call to catch up and ask if they may have any real estate needs or know anyone who may need to purchase or sell a property.
- Re-activate networking activities. Get out into the community, meet and greet or volunteer for local events. Ask advice from advertising and marketing specialists to expand on current trends in the marketplace.
Creating lifetime relationships by helping clients achieve their real estate goals is key to present and future success. It also depends on allocating resources to reliable systems, honoring time commitments and putting forth the best effort.
Move forward with confidence and make it count, 2020 will be here in no time!
