I was sitting in a coffee shop the other day (the Kismet Cafe in Eldersburg, please stop by this local gem when you get the chance), meeting with a new-to-me Real Estate photographer, the lovely and very talented Sarah Lee. All my listings are photographed by a professional. It does not matter how big or small a property is, or the area it is located in, or the price we are going to list it at, every seller and every listing deserves my full attention and professional service, without exception. That's just how I run my business, and how I've managed to thrive over the last 15+ years. It is hard work. Surviving and thriving in the world of Real Estate takes commitment, tenacity, will power, negotiation skills, a thirst for knowledge, listening skills, intuition, empathy, business savvy, planning, ... and a whole lot of love and passion.
So when Sarah looked at me after we chatted for about an hour and said "clearly, you enjoy being a REALTOR®. you truly love what you do", it just made my REALTOR® heart jump for joy. Because, yes, yes I do! Even after all these years, and countless sleepless nights, and ups and downs, and occasional creepy moment.. the good by far outweighs the bad. Also, I have the best clients!
It's wonderful to hear that others pick up on my passion, and it's wonderful to see when others share in it, too. Sarah was super excited to shoot my new listing, which she got to do a few days later. I was/am super excited about the experience, having a new vendor on my team, and having Sarah's pictures to showcase my new listing, a charming rambler in Eldersburg, MD.
Selling Real Estate is exciting. Passion is contagious. And the results can be magical.
5809 Melville Rd is located in a neighborhood that abuds the Liberty Lake Reservoir. I asked Sarah Lee Photography if she could please snap one good picture for me. She delivered! Clearly she loves what she does, too.
