Interesting use of Photography

By
Real Estate Agent with Atlanta Communities 303302

I recently listed a vacant home, and while the pictures my professional photographer took were really good, they were still of empty rooms. In an effort to help potential buyers visualize these rooms, I use a virtual staging company to add furniture to the rooms and then blow up these pictures to 18 x 27" and put them on easels. Here is what these look like before and after...

If you have a home to sell and it will be shown vacant, you might want to consider virtually staging a few rooms. We can also take pictures and digitally remove clutter on the floor or counter tops. Give us a call and let us help you with your home sale.

This is really interesting! It is so hard to display empty rooms.

I really like this concept of staging virtual furniture. I first saw it on a furniture website to "test fit" furniture in your home.

Good morning Peter den Boer - this is really neat.  You can't tell that it is virtual.
