Georgetown Prep, a well regarded Catholic high school, is just a few miles away on the Rockville Pike and Stone Ridge School for girls is just a few blocks south of Prep on the Rockville Pike
If you want to take your children to swim, you will love how close the Bethesda Aquatic Center is on Executive Boulevard. Year round ice skating and hockey are available at the Cabin John Ice skating Rink. My daughter learned to figure skate there and then switched to ice hockey. It is a great facility! There is a great library, with a wonderful children's section, just a mile away on Democracy Boulevard.

At that time the spring 2016 market suggested a softening of demand and an increase in inventory. The average days on market for units sold in March was 103 days, 46% above the five year average of 71 days.
Fast forward to 2019 and the market is still in flux - as markets tend to do! In August 2019 the median sold price for condos and coops in the 20817 zip code was $328,950, representing a 20.5% increase from the previous month and a 13.4% increase from the same time in 2018.
