Here is how the month of September 2019 Home Sales ended up compare to September 2018 for Montrose CO
Last month there were 54 homes that sold compared to 59 in September of 2018. The average sales price of a home continues to rise year over year.. In Septemebr 2018 the average sold price for a home was $266,900 compared to last month Septemeber 2019 the average sales price was $284,600
The average days on the market remains fairly constant 99 days a year ago to 94 days last month.
Since we are now 3/4 of the way through 2019 the first 9 months overall home sale numbers is down from 594 sold for the first 9 months of 2018 compared to 567 in 2019 ..Average sales price has risen $10,000 from $274,000 in 2018 to $284,600 for the first 3 qurters of 2019.. Inventory of homes for sale remains fairly constant at around 200 .
