1. For Sale Signs
You already have these signs. Place them in the front yard of your listings, but be sure you have a call to action that instructs passerby's on finding more information. Include your phone number, website address, or even your social media accounts.
2. YouTube Ads
The most underutilize paid advertisements in the online marketing world can be found on YouTube. Per dollar, YouTube ads have much lower pay-per-click rates than Google or Facebook. YouTube is the second biggest search engine in the world (second to only Google), so it would make sense to use this platform.
3. Facebook Ads
Oh Facebook, you reliable monster you. What more is there to be said. There are plenty of reasons that agents swear by using Facebook Ads. Learning how to do them yourself or having a company maintain them for you can yield plenty of real estate leads and keep you warm this winter.
4. Facebook Marketplace
Facebook Marketplace is the NEW Craigslist. This is a free online classifieds that you can use to list properties for sale. It works much similar to Craigslist, except with the profiles of you and potential buyers being public there is less room for scammers.
5. PropertyPulse
