4 Fun Thanksgiving Ideas to Generate Real Estate Leads

Thanksgiving is coming up. It's almost the end of the year and we can understand if your motivation well has run dry. To maintain that consistency we are sharing 4 fun ideas you can use to generate leads for thanksgiving.

1. Send Letters with a Recipe

While people will be quick to ignore a phone call or even an email, snail mail with a handwritten envelope will always capture their attention. It's a nice gesture to mail a fun easy recipe card (or cards) along with your business card. Include a little note to tag you on Instagram if your real estate clients decide to follow one of the included recipes.

2. Send a Personal Gift

Knowing what you know about your clients, another nice gesture is to send them a gift. Amazon prime is the easiest way to do this. Send a gift that is personalized to them, and it'll stand out more.

3. Run a Canned Food Drive

Tis the season of giving. Set up a canned food drive in your office, for people to drop off cans. Or you can arrange a pick up time to collect the cans yourself. Either way, you can sneak in some face to face time and catch up with your clients - maybe even ask for a referral.

4. Host a Client Feast

Before Thanksgiving of course, you can host a dinner for your clients. A costco membership will come in handy, and this can be written off as a business expense. You can couple this with your canned food drive as well!
