Handle With Care.
Sigh. So, there's this guy. Sweet, cool guy, runs a cleaning business with his male partner. Delivers value in the quality of the work. Shows up on time, gets it done.
One problem, and it's been chronic.
WITHOUT FAIL, the partners ARGUE during the job. They bitch and moan like a really unhappy married couple--and they seem oblivious to the fact that they are not alone.
He's been asking when they can come back for next service, and I've been putting it off.
I conduct a lot of my counseling sessions via chat. The client cannot see my face, nor hear my voice. And I can't EVEN tell you how often clients pop in to chat with me because they 'love my energy' and provide feedback that 'something about me makes them feel better'.
Even over thousands of miles. Energy works like that.
WE KNOW THIS.
Look at the relationships we build here, with folks we have never met in real!
My primary objective is to care. Initiate a healing/improving process. With honor, humor, kind words, an expression of appreciation for their presence on this planet.
That means joyfully toil, with a big virtual hug and smile, to lift the mood and send them away with a full heart. Which means I must have one. Then THEY can find their connection to Source and the solutions to their issues.
You can't unless you're still, calm and open.
In real estate, this works just as well. I'm gonna disarm you, so we can get past any awkwardness and get it done.
In radio, we call it 'a smiling voice'.
Agents are SO SELF IMPORTANT, especially in CRE!
It's hilarious. And I'm not letting it go!
[deep serious voice] "Hello, this is John Brown from Realty . . ."
HEYYYY, JOHN, how are you? How can I help you this fine day?
[lightening up, I feel it] "Well hello Candice, thank you, how are you?"
OMG JOHN, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to be this good in some states! Hahahahaha!
"Ahahahaha! Okay, here's what I got . . ."
Now John The Serious has been 'tenderized'.
It doesn't take much to joyfully toil. You don't work less diligently when you breathe, smile, relax and enjoy. It just feels better!
The alternative could be lost business . . .
Baby, you're adorable
Handle me with care🎵
