Yes, this is technically a child's toy. However there is a large population of adults that build lego models. They have some great build kits for famous landmarks such as the Eifel Tower or the Venice Canals. These kits have a clean aesthetic and can be displayed amongst most types of interior decorating.
2. Ancestry Testing Kit
This is something that has been gaining more popularity over the years. Despite that though, some people would consider this a luxury item and wouldn't spend their own money on it. If they were gifted it however, they would still appreciate it!
3. Personalized Cutting Board
On sites like etsy you can get wood items laser engraved. A cutting board is a safe bet, and will likely be used very often!
4. Local Art
Don't just buy any painting, because everybody has different tastes. Knowing your clients and what their tastes are can really make an impression when you gift them the work of a local artist you know they appreciate.
5. Hotel Gift Certificate
Does your area have any nice locally owned hotels? Here in San Diego we have a few non-Hilton/Marriott hotels with a bit of history behind them. A gift certificate towards a stay at one of these hotels can offer a nice staycation for your past clients. No local hotels? That's okay! A gift card to a chain hotel will still be appreciated!
