Average sales price for Mira Catalina homes sold in the first half of 2019 increased to $1,559,614 in 2019 compared to $1,409,458 in 2018. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in Mira Catalina was $1,950,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Mira Catalina neighborhood was $1,080,000.
Currently, the Mira Catalina neighborhood has 6 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 6 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,239,000 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath, 2,393 square foot home, to $2,200,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 3,900 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
