7 Spooktacularly Fun Halloween Events In The Charlotte Metro Area

Waxhaw Fright Night: October 26

Waxhaw, North Carolina will be hosting its annual Fright Night 2019 in downtown Waxhaw on Saturday, October 26th. From 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm there will be Trick or Treating, followed by a costume contest from 4:30  pm till 7:00 pm with first, second, and third place awards for all age groups.

The haunted maze can be enjoyed from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm at the David Barnes Children's Park in Waxhaw.

Waxhaw Fright Night will be "capped off" with an adult Halloween Party will take place from 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm.

Tricks 'n Treats At Arboretum Shopping Center: October 19

The Arboretum Shopping Center's fourth annual TRICKS ‘n TREATS Halloween Celebration will take place on Saturday, October 19th from 3:00 pm till 6:00 pm. .

A family friendly event, Tricks 'n Treats features pumpkin decorating, games, face painting and lots of candy! Come dressed in your Halloween costume.

Boo Bash In SouthPark: October 18

My Gym and Noah's Art are sponsoring their annual Halloween Boo Bash with themed games and activities, snacks, spooky maze, art projects, costume parade, their popular staff skit and MORE! Boo Bash will take place from 3:30 pm till 7:00 pm on October 18th. Location: 5110 Park Road in Charlotte (My Gym Southpark).

Halloween Spooktacular in Indian Trail: October 25

Hosted by the Indian Trail Parks & Recreation Department, the town's annual Halloween Spooktacular will take place on Friday, October 25th from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm at Chestnut Square Park. Wear your best Halloween costume and come and enjoy live music, trunk or treat, games and more! 

Halloween In Huntersville: October 19

Halloween in Huntersville at the Huntersville Athletic Park & Recreations Center (11836 Verhoeff Drive) from 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm. Lots of candy, food trucks, vendors.

Trick or Treat Street in Blakeney

Blakeney Shopping Center's Trick or Treat Street event will take place on October 26th from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm. This event includes:

• Vendor tables
• On-site safety advocates to talk about trick-or-treat safety
• Candy at every table
• Music wth local DJ
• Inflatable obstacle course
• Special promotions at select Blakeney retailers and restaurants

And don't forget to wear your costume!

Goblins & Goodies + Halloween Movie at Promenade on Providence

Promenade on Providence Shopping Center is celebrating Halloween with Trick or Treat and Outdoor Movie Hocus Pocus on Saturday, October 19th from 5:00 pm till 10:00pm.

This is a free event and kids should wear their costumes and bring their buckets or bags.

Trick or Treating with the Promenade merchants takes place from 5:00 pm till 6:30 pm, followed by the outdoor movie, Hocus Pocus, to begin at dusk ( approximately 7:00 pm) on the Green.

Promenade on Providence is located at 10822 Providence Road in south Charlotte.
