This is the October, 2019 single family home market report for homes sold on Maui Hawaii year to date through September, 2019.
In September 118 single family homes sold on Maui with a median price of $719,718 and an average price of $1,031,334. At the end of September there were 441 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.6 months of inventory. Wailuku had the highest number of sold homes with 43 in September while Wailea/Makena had the highest median sale price for sold homes with a median sale price of $10,872,129 in September(One home sold in Wailea/Makena in September 2019 for a total of $10,872,129).
