Forget Zillow and Market leader 5+ Leads in less than 10 minutes

Let me start off by saying I am not a big fan of spending $30-190+ per lead with companies like Zillow,Marketleader,,Trulia, etc. I can't tell you how many calls I get per day trying to sell me crap! Keep in mind a lot of these companies sell the same leads to multiple agents. I always shut them down when I ask them what the cost per lead is! Many try to avoid the question and tell you how they take such care to screen and get complete information for each. I have always been more of a listing agent versus a buyers agent and it infuryates me to know end that I work so hard to get  my listings and allow them to be syndicated to all the various websites and then they have the nerve to try and sell me leads backat a ridiculos cost.


Okay enough of my rant!


Now what you came for in the first place.


Do a search for garage/moving sales each week. I find that Thursdays and Fridays are best in my area but play around and test for yourself. I used keyword moving and found 5 addresses this last weekend in less than 10 minutes. 


It's really that simple. The first time you do it it will take a little longer to search for all the various websites out there but once you identify the ones in your area bookmark them or cut and paste the Url's to a note pad so the next time you search it will be as easy as click-click!

Scott, do videos and blog posts for certain neighborhoods and keywords and they come to your site organically.  I have never paid for a lead EVER.
