An annual tradition in the city of Campbell, Calif. is the Oktoberfest, always held the third weekend in October.
Free admission, free parking and free music all day both Saturday, October 19 feom 10a-6p and Sunday, October 20, 10a-5p.
Campbell closes down the downtown streets to vehicle traffic and both regular merchants and restaurants plus tons of vendors selling bratwurst, beer, pretzels and all things good, German and beer-related-along with just fun stuff.
The Home Church, the Campbell Chamber of Commerce's "Business of the Year" has a booth offering free face painting and surveyed event attendees about "Who do you think Jesus was? A man, a guru, a myth or God". Lots of interesting conversations!
Each participant recieved a free packet that included a coupon good for a free goodie at the Living Room Coffee Craft.
