The Glendale Neighborhood

Glendale is a residential suburb in the northeastern district of Rochester, MN. The community is located southeast of the corner of East Circle Drive NE and North Broadway Avenue bordered by Viking Hills to the north and the North River Court to the west. Residents in the community can enjoy the many amenities, commercial establishments, and public parks close to the subdivision. Schools are also plentiful in the area, making it an excellent option if you plan to move here with your children.

Glendale is a recently developed neighborhood offering beautifully made single-family residences.
