The North River Court Neighborhood

North River Court is a lovely suburban subdivision in the northeastern part of the city of Rochester, MN. The district is located southwest of North Broadway Avenue and 37th Street NE corner. Residents in the neighborhood are a short drive to Downtown Rochester and can enjoy the many attractions in the town center.

If you are looking for a home in Rochester, there are excellent properties for sale in North River Court. The neighborhood typically has three to four-bedroom home models built during the early 1990s. The five-bedroom models in the community, on the other hand were built in the mid-2000s and are primarily on the western side of the community.
