Beware of Pet Odors

Pet owners are accustomed to their homes smell that they can't smell what other people smell. Great tips....

I recently sold a home after the tenant moved out. I was in the home several times while she was there and never noticed a smell. But when the house was empty, the smell was overwhelming . . . for a no-pet home.  It took almost a month to mitigate the smell. Couldn't GIVE the house away during the meantime.
