Today’s View – Oct. 22, 2019 – New Market, Md. 21774 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in New Market, Md. 21774.  At the time of this report (10/22/2019) not including new construction 48 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 23 under contract, and 17 have sold in the last 30 days. The Absorption Rate (Active/30 day sold) is 2.82 which is considered a seller’s market.

Last week only 7 were added to the market, 4 went under some form of contract, and 2 successfully completed the sale process. 

While the minimum lot size is just .06 acres and the maximum lot size is 1.4 acres, the median is .23 acres.

Currently, there is 1 two-bedroom existing detached homes on the market for sale in New Market.  The list price of this home is $239,500 and has been on the market for 1.5 months (44 days).
