A Walk in the Woods is a new family space that will be in the Hamilton Building, level 3. Included with general admission (free for kids and free for members). Build freestanding horse sculptures inspired by artist Deborah Butterfield. What other animals can you create out of branch-like blocks? Pick up a pair of binoculars and be the first to spot different birds in a colorful flock. Play alone or challenge a friend. Mix-and-match ears, wings, stripes, and tails to create unique animals. Use your imagination to bring these new creatures to life. How might they move, sound, or behave? Put together a shadowbox to display all your favorite animals. Choose from the animal cards provided or draw your own to add to your mini-menagerie!
