How Will You Stand Out From The Rest? Are You The Special One?

If you have it, you don’t need to “flaunt it” but you surely MUST use it.  It doesn’t matter how complex or simple the ranking and/or feature may be. Use it. Shout it out to the world.

There is no time to hesitate. When the market is a tough one, that special entity may save you!!  You earned it. You own it. Why would you not use it to its full advantage?

Do you think other real estate agents will think badly of you? Do you consider what you have to use a form of boasting? My answer to both questions and more is to shout it out to whomever will be within hearing range.

You never know who needs you. Increasing your business is the goal. Providing service to potential clients who are in need of your special talents are what this profession is all about. Providing-the-best-service!!!

If you have it, make sure you include it in all of your marketing. Yes, all of your marketing. Oh, let me say it again!! All of your marketing must include it. Make it visible! It’s branding! Don’t let anyone forget it.

Hi Barbara... I'm all about flaunting it... in an appropriate way, of course. And I believe in flaunting it in all aspects of my life... I'm often kidded about my short skirts and I always say "if you've got the legs for them, flaunt them!"

Great advice Barbara! As long as you're not doing something unethical or illegal, you cannot worry about what other agents say. You just have to take a chance and brand yourself. Before you know it, those nay sayers will either get it together and move forward with you or stay in your rear view mirror.
