Four of the sellers granted the buyers closing cost assistance.  This assistance ranged from $11,500 to $15,850 with the median being $12,285.

There were no REO sales in Monrovia during the month and no short sales.

 

August 2019

During the month of August 2019, 7 existing detached homes in Monrovia, Md. successfully completed the sales process.  These homes sold for between $295,000 and $624,900 with the median being $345,000.  The days on market ranged from 1 week (8 day) to 3 months (91 days) with the median being 1.5 months (45 days).  The median close price these homes was 100% of the last known list price.

Six of the sellers granted the buyers some closing cost assistance.  This assistance ranged from $5000 to $19,500with the median being $9,200.

There were no REO sales in Monrovia during the month and no short sales.

 

 September 2019

During the month of September 2019, 7 existing detached homes in Monrovia, Md. successfully completed the sales process.  These homes sold for between $345,000 and $525,000 with the median being $418,000.  The days on market ranged from 1 week (8 day) to approaching 4.5 months (131 days) with the median being 3 weeks (20 days).  The median close price these homes was 98.5% of the last known list price.

Sis of the sellers granted the buyers closing cost assistance.  This assistance ranged from $2,000 to $14,000 with the median being $10,025.

There were no REO sales in Monrovia during the month and no short sales.
