Under Contract - a Mountain Get-Away

We were lucky to get up into the mountains on Tuesday before the snowstorm hit (Wednesday evening into Thursday) both the mountains and in Denver!    The weather was beautiful on Tuesday, and you could see for miles.

 

We found a cute property that will work well for these buyers are their 2nd home and/or weekend get-away!    My buyer went up again yesterday, and such a different landscape!    What a difference a day makes!

 

 

 

Tuesday's weather was around 55 degrees and bright blue skies.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then there was Thursday after 8-10" fell in Conifer, and the temperatures were MUCH different.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are a true Coloradoan, both pictures are stunning, and enjoy the fresh snowfall, serenity of the scenery!
