As we have reported before in our Denver property management blog series, this Halloween weekend is sure to be one to remember. It is actually nice when Halloween is positioned on a Thursday, meaning you can wear your outfit two different weekends if you would like. Or you can get some good use out of the same one for both. Weather so far is showing mild during the day and getting into the low 40’s at night. If you are planning to traverse the streets on Halloween night, you may want a coat and pants. That usually is antithetical to many elaborate costumes that people like to wear. You could of course be a snowboarder, which would be on brand for Colorado to say the least, but that doesn’t actually inspire anyone to vote for you in the best costume contests. We’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather as the day approaches. There is still memories fond of a Halloween about 3 years ago now that had temps in the low 70’s at night. Looks like that won’t be a possibility this year, but we’ll take it over snow.
