As of May 31, 2008, there were 24 single family home sales in Haiku year-to-date, compared with 25 sales this time last year.
Total dollar volume fell 14%.
The average price was $1,182,792, compared with $1,264,538 this time last year, down 6%.
The median price for a home was $800,000 compared with $1,000,000 a year earlier, a decrease of 14%.
On June 9, an MLS search showed 81 Haiku homes for sale.
