A new listing means a session with the professional photographer I’ve
been using since 2014.
It was five and a half years ago, the same day I lost my husband and my camera.
Before this time, I always took my photos. I knew the angles, features, and vignettes that were important to show my view of the house.
I meet at the house for photography. It's a perfect time for me to do measurements and note the unique features of each room.
If there is an angle or “goodie “ to highlight, I share my suggestion.
My photos are always back in 24 hours, most of the time that same day.
By then, I have the measurements, description, and MLS data filled in. When the photos arrive in my inbox, they are ready to be sorted and captioned.
This completion frequently happens late because my goal is to finish while still absorbed with all the feelings of my new listing.
Using Mr. Orange is a pleasure. He always makes time for my properties and is kind and personable to my clients.
He clicks, not only with the camera, but also with the people.
