Now this is a nice place!

Now this is a nice place!

When you come home after a long day at work there is no need to drive all around the neighborhood looking for a place to park.  You can head straight to your own private parking pad.

Not only is there room for the car, but this extra large end-of-group lot provides plenty of room for the pooch to run around and for the kids to play.

Hey kids, while your parents are watching from the kitchen as you play in the back yard, as soon as they turn their heads, you can sneak around to the side yard, where they can not see you, and make them worried sick.  “Oh no, where did they go!”

But don’t worry folks, this spacious yard is fenced, which keeps the children and the pet constrained, unless you have one of those crazy leaping dogs, or a fence climbing kid.

The outdoors is not just for the kids and the pet, grownups can enjoy a pleasant cookout on the covered back yard patio.

All of the enjoyment for this home is not just outside.  Come on inside.

First, the kitchen has lots of cabinet space for your pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and all of your cooking supplies and, how fancy, it has stainless steel appliances.

Line the family up at the breakfast bar and let them devour a delicious meal of whatever slop that you have prepared for the day.  Umm, umm good!

For the more formal meals, the family can head to the living room couch where they can both eat and catch up with the latest news, weather, sports, and commercials.

Whoops, I was just informed that formal meals should actually be eaten in the dining room, which is fine, since this spacious and traditional home has one of those, too.  Not only that, but if you strategically locate the television, you can still keep up with the latest nonsense.

Oh, you will love this next feature.  This modern home is climate controlled.  That’s right!   In the winter months, you can cuddle up in a warm and soothing gas heated home with forced hot air or in the summer months, you can relax in a cool and refreshing central air conditioned environment.  It feels so good!

When evening rolls around, the family can head upstairs where there are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath.  An incredible space saving concept is used in the bathroom, where a shower head is installed such that you can take showers in the tub.  That’s right!  There is no need to waste space with one of each when they can be combined.  And, yep, there are bedrooms.  They have doors, closets, windows, and a place for a bed and some furniture. . . . boring.

Want some more excitement?  Let’s head down to the basement!  Awesome!  It has a finished family room, and another full bathroom, with its own space-saving shower/tub.  Ooh! What’s this?  It’s another refrigerator!  Wow, this basement could almost be a separate living quarters.

Home buyers, it does not stop there.  It has a covered front porch and an all brick exterior, which will surely discourage any big bad wolves from trying to huff and puff their way into this solidly built structure.

There is more, but don’t let my enthusiasm alone sway you, call me up and make an appointment to see this beautiful home.  I would like to make it yours.

The all brick exterior is a noce feature.  People feel more secure when they are protected from huffing and puffing big bad wolves.
