Today’s View – Oct.31, 2019 – Olney, Md. 20832 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in Olney, 20832.  At the time of this report (10/31/19) not including new construction 22 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 18 under contract, and 9 have sold in the last 30 days. The Absorption Rate (Active/30 day sold) is 2.4 which is considered a seller’s market.
