Have you got leftover Halloween candy? Why not donate your leftover Halloween candy to our troops via the Operation Gratitude program? Donating your leftover Halloween candy to our military heroes has got to be a better idea than nibbling through all the extra candy in the weeks to come! Did you know that over the next three weeks, Operation Gratitude will receive donations totalling 400,000 to 500,000 pounds of candy as part of its Halloween Candy Give-Back Program.

Check for Halloween Candy GIVE-Back Locations here. Many dentist offices, schools, and other groups/service clubs and businesses all around the nation have registered their Halloween events with Operation Gratitude and have agreed to send donated candy to this cause.
What Does Operation Gratitude Do?
Operation Gratitude sends more than 250,000 care packages annually filled with snacks, entertainment, hygiene and hand-made items, plus more than 450,000 personal letters of appreciation, to New Recruits, Veterans, First Responders, Wounded Warriors, Care Givers and to individually named U.S. Service Members deployed overseas. Since 2003 almost 2.5 million "care" packages have been sent out to our military heros. They would also love for you to like the Operation Gratitude Facebook Page.
Pay It Forward In November
Please help to spread the word about this great program. November is a great month to show gratitude -- why not pay it forward to our brave military and first responders who sacrifice so much for us? This year, as part of the Halloween Candy Give Back Program, Operation Gratitude is asking also for much-needed donations of dental floss and travel-size toothpaste, as well as pens and mechanical pencils.
