Time Flies

Today is already November 1 if you can believe it. The Denver property management and rental markets have been in a small state of flux this month. On one hand it is nice to have Fall back. There was an early freeze this year, which took away the ability to see the leaves changing, but the moderate and crisp fall weather has made its specular return on the first of the new month. If you can barely believe that it is already November, you may have had a busy and productive year. We see rents begin to plate and the supply steadily increasing as we head into the winter months. November historically for Denver can mean one of two things. Moderate weather and sun until about the 15th of the month, or a horrible snowstorm next week with cold weather becoming the Norma don taking us through into Thanksgiving and Christmas beyond. Here we are hoping that we get at least another good week of sun and 50-degree temperatures. We are here and we’re working if you need any Denver property management advice or rent ranges.
